The دبرني / Dabrni Application offers a display of educational courses owned by platforms such as Go Academy, Watad, online classes, and others.

We care about the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Dabrni App, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your data to provide and improve the Application. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information under this Privacy Policy.

Overview of the Dabrni Application

The Dabrni Application offers a display of educational courses owned by partner platforms, including Go Academy, Watad, online classes, and similar offerings.

Optional accounts and guest access

The Dabrni Application can be used in guest mode without creating an account.

Users may optionally create an account using their email address or mobile number. Creating an account enables account-based features, including the student points and gamification system and the synchronization of account progress.

Acceptable use

You agree that you are entirely responsible for your use of the application and the materials posted through your account. You agree to abide by applicable local, regional, and international laws, including copyright laws.

You agree not to misuse the application by intentionally infecting it with viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material, and not to attempt illegal access or denial-of-service attacks.

You agree not to publish religious, political, or obscene content, and not to attack any legal person inside or outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

You agree not to publish or circulate material that includes:

Threats against others
Discussion of illegal activities
Infringement of third-party intellectual property
Advertising or commercial solicitation
Pornographic, immoral, or unauthorized content

Any violation may result in blocking your account and preventing access to the service without prior notice.

Collecting and using your personal data

Types of data collected

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Email address
First name and last name
Phone number
Address, state, city
Device ID

Account and gamification data

When a user creates an account, we may collect and process:

Email address or mobile number
User profile information
Internal account identifier
Points balance
Points transactions and gamification activity
Account progress and synchronization information
Login, security, and session information

This information is used to create and secure the account, calculate and store points, synchronize progress, prevent misuse, and provide account-based functionality.

Use of your personal data

To contact you by email, phone, SMS, or push notifications about updates and security notices
To provide news, offers, and information about similar goods or services unless you opt out
To manage your requests
For analysis, usage trends, campaign effectiveness, and improving the Service

Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage data may be retained for internal analysis for shorter periods unless required longer for security or legal reasons.

Transfer

Your information may be processed at the Company’s operating offices and other places where parties involved in processing are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely.

Delete your account and personal data

Registered users can initiate deletion of their Dabrni account from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Deleting an account deletes the account and personal data associated with it, except for limited information that we are legally or operationally required to retain. Details about deleted information, retention periods, identity verification, and processing time are provided on the Account and Data Deletion page.

Disclosure of your personal data

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred with notice. We may also disclose data if required by law or valid public authority requests.

Children’s privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 8. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 8. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under 8 without parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

Copyright and intellectual property

All contents of the application are protected by Jordanian Copyright Law No. 22 of 1992 unless stated as public property. Educational materials are for your personal use in connection with those courses only. “دبرني” is a registered trademark in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Limitation of liability

You agree to exempt the company, its representatives, directors, affiliates, employees, partners, contractors, and advisors from claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the application or its software, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disputes

Jordanian law is the applicable law, and Arabic is the language of the agreement if multiple languages exist. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Jordanian Arbitration Law, with the courts of Jordan as the final forum.
